Membership is open to arbitration practitioners, in-house counsel, and other dispute resolution professionals who wish to engage with DELOS as an arbitration institution, access DELOS’s resources, training, and content, and participate more closely in its initiatives.

DELOS offers several membership levels, reflecting different stages of professional development and degrees of engagement, with further details provided below:

DELOS offers several membership levels, which each provide a distinct set of benefits:

VISITING MEMBERSHIP [VISITOR] – to stay in touch, join and maintain your profile in the DELOS arbitrator database, access resources specific to registrations you have with DELOS, and self-study the basics of damages and valuation with the introductory courses of the Damages MOOC

INTERMEDIATE MEMBERSHIP [MONTHLY] – all of the above, plus the opportunity to self-study the side courses on working with Excel for lawyers (see here), and full access to DELOS’s member video library

FULL MEMBERSHIP [INDIVIDUAL] – all of the above, plus access to the advanced courses of the Damages MOOC and discounted course fees on DELOS’s training programmes

• In-house counsel and public sector professionals (e.g. judges, government counsel, NGO staff) who earn no significant fees as arbitrator, external counsel or expert, enjoy complimentary full membership. To get started, setup a free Visitor account and write to us from your work email address at member@delosdr.org to let us know with which email address you have registered. We will then upgrade your account for you.

• Full-time students and others who are not in legal practice under the age of 25, interns and paralegals (save if they are practising equivalent to an associate), junior associates (or equivalent) in their first 3 years of practice and academics who earn no significant fees as arbitrator, external counsel or expert, all benefit from reduced fees (Student rate or Access rate, as applicable).
