Dr. Ammar Younas, FCIArb, FHEA, is a legal scholar, philosopher, and entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of law, emerging technologies, and philosophy. His expertise spans Technology Law, AI Governance, Web3, and the Philosophy of Science and Technology, with a focus on the ethical, legal, and societal implications of digital transformation.Dr. Ammar began his academic journey as a medical doctor (Doctor of Medicine) and went on to earn seven academic degrees in diverse disciplines: Medicine, Finance, Political Marketing (Rome Business School, Italy), International Relations (American University of Central Asia – Bard College, New York), Jurisprudence, Human Rights (University of Saint Joseph, Beirut, Lebanon), and Chinese Law.
