I am dual-qualified in England and Ontario, and before that was a Chartered Management Accountant. After 15 years at Herbert Smith Freehills, latterly as a partner in their London office, I have been in independent practice since 2019 as counsel, arbitrator and mediator, based in Toronto and practising across North America, Europe and Asia (particularly India and South East Asia).
My experience includes arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, SIAC and LCIA-India Rules, and has involved cases with African, Russian and Caribbean elements.
