I am a Judge of the Court of the Repubblic of San Marino, where I have served since 2011, with extensive experience in complex civil, commercial, corporate and insolvency matters, procedural management, evidence assessment and reasoned decision-making. My international institutional experiences includes membership of the Venice Commission, Consultative Council of European Judges (CCJE), European Committee of Legal Co-operation (CDCJ) of the Council of Europe, service as an ad hoc Judge of European Court of Human Rights, designation to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators, inclusion in the LCIA Arbitrator databes, SCC Arbitrator Register and VIAC Roster, and membership of the ICC Institute of World Business Law.
