After earning a PhD in Procedural Law at the University of Barcelona with highest honors, Fernando combined academia and legal practice, founding his own firm in 2001. Initially focused on Procedural, Commercial, Franchising and Horizontal Property Law, he expanded into business consultancy, Insolvency Law, and ADR. Over his career, he has represented companies across sectors such as furniture, sports, agri-food, nautical, and technology. A prolific author and frequent speaker in Europe and the US, he also serves as arbitrator at the Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB).
