Franco-Israeli arbitration practitioner based in Paris, Karen is a member of the New York Bar and the Barreau de Paris. In addition to being bilingual in English and French, Karen is also fluent in Hebrew and has notions of Portuguese and Spanish.
Karen has been working in international arbitration since 2014, first interning with Shearman & Sterling's arbitration group, then joining Wilmer Hale in London as intern and Visiting Foreign Lawyer, and finally, joining Clifford Chance's Paris Office where she has been for the past seven years. Karen has advised clients in a multitude of cross-border disputes covering a wide range of jurisdictions and business sectors including aerospace, construction, oil and gas and mining. She has developed cases strategies, prepared and managed hearings, as well as provided pre-litigation or post-award advice.
In addition to her practice, Karen regularly delivers lectures on arbitration at universities (including La Sorbonne, Science Po Paris, Hebrew University). She is also a member of the Tel Aviv Arbitration Week's Organising committee.
