She worked for the ICC International Court of Arbitration for 25 years. From 1996 to 2006 she was based in Paris and held different positions at the ICC Court. From 2007 to 2022, she acted as ICC Court Regional Director for Latin-America, based in Panama City.
She is a member of the panel of arbitrators and conciliators for Panama before the ICSID.
Vice-Chair of the Governing Board of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALArb), Member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, Member of the Global Steering Committee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge. Author of several publications and has frequently lectured throughout the world. She works in Spanish, English and French.
