Marjan has experience in international commercial and investment arbitrations in high-value, complex disputes under ICC and UNICTRAL Rules involving Iranian entities. She is admitted to practice in Iran as an Attorney-at-Law and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She also has experience as a legal and contract adviser to several prominent companies in Iran. She holds a PhD from the University of Shahid Beheshti. She also holds a postgraduate degree in International Trade and Economic law from the University of Tehran. Marjan is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Arabic.
