In addition to my academic position as a full professor of private and business law (teatching and research) and I am a consultant for McDermott Will & Emery since 2021. I deal with complex law issues encountered by the differents practices of the Paris office. I work closely with the transactional and litigation laywers and I was involved in at least two arbitral procedure (ICC and CEPANI) to help lawyers with specifics questions of law. My fields of expertise are corporate law, insolvency, contracts, security interest and all related private international law. I am also very familiar with EU law as I wrote my PHD on the free movement of capital and establishment in EU and its effects on the Members states' law.
