Avvocato (admitted to Bar in Italy) since 2006, Renzo Rossi was admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts in 2019. He acts as a counsel for enterprises on civil and commercial contracts (domestic and international), both in negotiations and in disputes before State Courts or Arbitral Tribunals.  He is on the list of arbitrators of the Corte Nazionale Arbitrale in Rome, Italy (founded by the Unione Nazionale Camere Civili). Renzo is an alumnus of the Arbitration Academy in Paris (Summer session 2024). In 2010, he got a PhD in European Private Law from the University of Roma Tre. Since the academic year 2014-2015, he is Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, Italy (Piacenza campus). He teaches “European Law of Obligations and Contracts” focusing his interests in comparative contract law, with an eye on the projects for the unification of private law, as well as in consumer and competition law.
