I am a California admitted attorney and a Fellow member of CIArb with over 30 years of experience representitng corporations, investors and private individuals in international commercial arvbitration. I have acted as a sole counsel for claimants through to final award in iCC. LMAA and VIAC arbitrations - matters spanning from contact termination and restitution, maritime general average, seaworthiness and  international sale of goods. I am particularly well suited for disputes  involving Russia, CIS, European parties. I am based in Florida, the USA  and available to serve as an arbitrator in matters seated internationally or within the United States.
