I am qualified as Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Law Graduate and a Commerce Graduate.  Additionally I have 43 years of business management experience, the last 20 of which were as CEO & Director of Grauer & Weil (India) Ltd., a listed multi-division, multi-location and global operations Company. In this role I have managed several global relationships with business partners, customers, vendors as well as investors. My qualifications combined with the business experience at the highest level helps me look at business conflicts from various angles and helps me practically appreciate the points of view and interests of all parties. This I believe is an important but unique combination. My business management experience is in different business and professional areas like Manufacturing, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking and Alternate Dispute Resolution. Business verticals handled - chemicals, engineering, paints, industrial oils, development and management of malls, organic herbal products, tyres, pesticides, steel wires & wire rods and textile processing. I am trained as an Arbitrator through a Certificate course of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Currently practicing as an Alternate Dispute Resolution professional through Arbitration and Mediation. I have completed 24 cases as a Sole Arbitrator so far of which 21 have been Institutional arbitrations. The cases include both online as well as in-person hearings.
