Mr Kieu Anh Vu is the founder and Managing Partner of KAV Lawyers (https://kavlawyers.com) and Deputy General Secretary, Member of Council of Science and Training of the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (STAC), Vietnam. Mr Kieu Anh Vu is also an ICC YAF Representative for 2021 – 2023 mandate. Mr Kieu Anh Vu has been appointed as an Arbitrator, a Mediator of Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC); an arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC); Ho Chi Minh City Commercial Arbitration Centre (TRACENT). Mr Kieu Anh Vu was in charge more than 100 arbitration cases, acting as the counsel for clients, representative for clients; member of arbitral tribunal, chairman of the arbitral tribunal. Mr Kieu Anh Vu is an active member of international arbitration organizations, international legal profession organizations: Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – MCIArb, uropean Court of Arbitration – Cour Européenne D’arbitrage (ECA); IBA, LAWASIA, IPBA, etc. Mr Kieu Anh Vu is also a visiting lecturer at the universities, training centres in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Ton Duc Thang University, etc) about arbitration, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, ADR, etc.
