I am a bilingual and dual qualified attorney (Spain and US), trained and licensed to practice in both common law and civil law jurisdictions, with 30 years of professional experience both inhouse and in private practice, with a primary focus on international commercial dispute resolution.  I have substantial international legal experience over a wide range of legal issues ranging from competition, international trade and intellectual property law to product liability, commercial transactions, and regulation.  I am both Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) (international arbitration) as well as an IMI qualified mediator.
